Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

Kaitlyn Ann Vincie (born on December 10, 1987) is an American journalist and sports presenter. She is a reporter for Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie was first drawn to stock car racing after she was given a pit-lane entry. She graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter at Langley Speedway. After SceneDaily published her self-made videos blogs about NASCAR and she was able to draw attention. Vincie was born on December 10, 1987, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was raised firstly in Bridgewater before moving with her family to Warrenton at the time Vincie had begun high school. Vincie is the daughter of John and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's mother Eleanor N. Logan was an educator for the fifth grade when her grandfather was on faculty of Bridgewater College. Journalism was something she had always had an interest in since at an early age. Vincie graduated from Fauquier High School in 2006. Vincie was a track and field competitor and was also the school's administrator for four years. She took home the 800m relay at the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had a meeting with Al Pearce, who mentored her. He also provided a lot information. In 2010, she graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor's degree in communications. Vincie was an intern with the university's athletics department, and also worked for the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. She wrote a dissertation for her senior year on gender inequality in auto racing that was centered around female race car driver Danica Patrick, and became attracted to the sport when she got a pit-lane pass to the NASCAR All-Star Race. Her primary influences are Wendy Venturini, Krista Volda and Wendy Venturini.
